Brief

House of Hasko is a boutique mortgage brokerage based in Toronto, offering tailored lending solutions across residential, commercial, and construction sectors. The objective was to build a digital experience that reflected their core values of trust, clarity, and confident decision-making—moving beyond the traditional, transactional look of mortgage websites. The challenge was to create a visual identity and UI that felt both bold and approachable, while reinforcing their position as a modern, client-first brokerage.

Solution

We designed a cohesive digital experience for House of Hasko that combined brutalist structure with minimalist finesse—delivering a website that feels sharp, assured, and intentionally crafted. The design language draws from strong geometric layouts, refined typography (Inter), and a muted color palette punctuated by deep reds and golds—symbolizing strength, ambition, and trust. Noise textures were added subtly across the interface to balance the starkness with warmth and depth.

From intuitive mortgage navigation to a clear CTA for agent connection, every interaction was designed to guide users confidently through one of life’s biggest decisions. The result is a digital identity that mirrors House of Hasko’s unique blend of boutique service and bold thinking in the mortgage space.
